All forms must go through your Readiness NCO (RNCO), Unit Career Counselor (UCC), Battalion Career Counselor (BCC), or S1. No exceptions! *

Testing Programs - Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES)


 

Service Members and dependants are encouraged to take advantage of these testing programs.

*The ASVAB is not available at this test site and must be scheduled at Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) locations*

 

Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA)


 

  • Available to currently serving ARNG Soldiers
  • Money paid directly to the school through ArmyIgnitED
  • Pays tuition costs up to $250 per semester hour, for up to 16 semester hours per fiscal year

Credentialing Assistance (CA)


 

  • CA will provide Soldiers up to $4,000 each year to pay for a credential.
  • Soldiers may use both Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA) and Army Credentialing Assistance (CA); however, the combined usage shall not exceed $4,000 per FY.
  • CA can be used for any credential listed on Army COOL (https://www.cool.osd.mil/army/) and does not have to be related to the Soldier’s MOS.
  • CA will pay expenses for classroom, hands-on, online/blended training and associated materials to include: manuals, study guides, textbooks, processing fees, test fees, related fees for continuing education requirements, and recertification of credentials.
𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺:
  • Reimbursement for costs associated with earning a State or National licensure or certification
  • Includes: Exam fee, registration fee, up to $500 for prep course or study material
