“The mission of the Human Resources Office (HRO) is to coordinate human resource policy, practices, and procedures as they relate to full-time federal employees in the Nevada National Guard. This web site provides up-to-date information to the full-time members of the Army and Air National Guard. The HRO serves as The Adjutant General's single span of control for managing and administering the Nevada Army and Air National Guard full-time personnel programs. The values of the HRO remain consistent with military service. The HRO staff are trained experts with the utmost integrity, professionalism, and empathy, who consistently anticipate challenges for the betterment of the agency.
