Military Funeral Honors
Render professional Military Funeral Honors, in accordance with service tradition, to all eligible veterans when requested by an authorized family member.
Our Mission
Honor Guard soldiers hold the highest standard of military bearing and soldier appearance. The Honor Guard program takes great pride in honoring the fallen, with each member always striving for perfection in uniform appearance and the performance of final honors. Honor Guard soldiers conduct over 900 funerals flawlessly each FY, while continuing to train with their unit of assignment.
Program Highlights
Participating in the Funeral Honors Program include:
- Honoring our fallen veterans
- Volunteering on your time and your availability
- One full day of military pay and retirement points for each day of participation in a funeral service or applicable training
- Selection for resident courses
- Awards and incentives program
- Short and long term ADOS orders
- Networking with other local and state government organizations.
